About Kanyakumari
Kanyakumari is known for being the southernmost end of Tamil Nadu and the land’s end of India. Kanyakumari is an important tourism spot that lies at the confluence of the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. Kanyakumari is also referred as Cape Comorin. Kanyakumari is also popular for its spectacular sunrise and sunset, especially, on the full-moon evenings; tourists can see the moon-rise and sunset at the same time – on both sides of the horizon.
