Kanha National Park

Situated in the the Mandla district at Maikal mountain ranges, the picturesque Kanha National Park is one of the few most scenic and beautiful wildlife sanctuaries in Asia. Rudyard Kipling got his inspiration for Jungle Book from the Kanha region, known as 'Tiger Country'. Spread over an area of 1940-sq-kms, the Kanha park is divided into two sanctuaries called Banjar and Hallon. There are mainly two entrance gates of Kanha which are known as Kisli and Mukki .The horseshoe shape valley is the major feature of Kanha region's topography. Gypsy vehicles are available regularly in morning and evening to take the tourist inside the Kanha National Park.

Bandhavgarh National Park

Bandhavgarh is situated at 197 km away from Jabalpur among the outlying hills of the Vindhya Range. The Bandhavgarh wild life sanctuary is spread in an area of about 448 sq. km and has the highest Tiger population density in India.
